NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Onamia will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Onamia City Hall, 621 Main Street West, Onamia, MN, to conduct a public hearing. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from staff, and anyone else interested regarding a variance application. Specifically, an application to reduce the minimum lot area for a proposed subdivision and reduce setbacks located at 301 Cherry Lane South, Onamia PID: 22-040-0340. Anyone desiring to be heard regarding the proposed application may speak during the public hearing or submit comments to the City of Onamia. Additional information will be available at City Hall approximately one week before the public hearing.
