NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A CANNABIS ZONING ORDINANCE &
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the City of Onamia City Council will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of November 2024, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Onamia City Hall, 621 Main Street West, Onamia, MN 56359 to consider adoption of an Cannabis Zoning Ordinance and an Ordinance amending the City Fee Schedule.
The purpose of this public hearing is to take comments on the proposed ordinances. A copy of the proposed ordinances can be viewed on the City’s website or by contacting Michelle Peterson, City Clerk, during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing. Written comments can be made and will be taken up to the time of the Public Hearing by submitting them to the City Clerk at the address listed above.
